Fix the lost korean text in files:

Some files, client and server side have lost the original korean text (saved in wrong encoding etc). However its not always lost.
originally comments were something like:
;¹ß±¤ŗĪ½ŗÅĶ½ĆĄŪŗĪŗŠæ°*ĒĻ°Ō
Fixed:
;발광부스터시작부분에강하게
And translated:
; Emission to the river at the beginning of the booster
yeah translations aint the... most accurate if u use translators.
navigate to the site:
http://viewer.zoho.com/home.do
upload ur file (if its ini, rename it to .txt).
when its done, download it.
You can try translators on the whole file, but i didnt have much of a luck (it only translated like half of the file).
PS its not guaranteed that the file will work right after that - but the point is to simply get the comments if needed
